With the assistance of our partner (Refractory Shapes Plus) and its lead special shapes product manager, we have the capability of producing any size precast shape. Refractory Shapes Plus has over two decades of casting experience, producing precast shapes for all of the major industries such as; aluminum, steel, copper, cement, iron, graphite, and brick.
With our state of the art mold process, we are capable of producing quantity, as well as one of a kind shapes for a variety of industries with low or no mold charges, and with quick turnaround times.
Our company can also assist with the development of first time precast shapes. To help better assist our customers we can also provide architectural drawings on our precast shapes.
Our technology in the precast shape business revolves around our castable formulations. We believe quality starts at the beginning, with raw materials in volume from worldwide suppliers, and an experienced manufacturer.
Our castables are formulated to our strict specifications, and then blended by our ISO-9001 certified manufacturer into our finished castable products. All product mix formulations have been tested in the research testing facility and are compatible to our precast shape making process.
Capabilities include manufacturing volume (1 lb to 20000/lb items). Our mixing process allows our staff to mix large batches with a high speed mixer, thus turning out volume of material much quicker, for larger shapes.
With our in house furnace, our dry-out process allows our staff to cure all shapes prior to shipment. Precast shapes that can be installed upon arrival with no cracking will eliminate down-time and insure longevity with prolonged shape life.
Our company can also accommodate customers with little or no storage space. We have amble room to stock shapes for our customers, which will eliminate large lead-times associated with the typical casting and curing process.
